Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason’s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing  and cancellation charges would be as  follows

1. 30 days & prior to departure – 20 % of the tour/service cost will be charged.

2. 0 days to 30 days prior to departure – 30 % of the tour/service cost will be charged.

3. 0 days to 20 days prior to departure – 40 % of the tour/service cost will be charged.

4. 0 days to 15 days prior to departure – 50 % of the tour/service cost will be charged

5. 0 days & 07 days prior to departure – 70 % of the tour/service cost will be charged

6. less then 7 days to departure no show – NO REFUND
