1. Passenger Count Changes:
Modifications in the number of passengers may affect the quoted price.
2. Booking Status & Availability:
All quotations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No rooms or airline seats are currently held. In case of unavailability, alternate options of equal or higher standard will be provided.
3. Alternative Arrangements:
We reserve the right to provide alternate accommodation, sightseeing, and transfers of equal or higher standards due to availability or operational requirements.
4. Last-Minute Bookings:
Bookings made within 10 days of travel will incur a USD 15 per person surcharge.
5. Airport Transfers & Sightseeing:
All transfers and tours are conducted in air-conditioned private (PVT) vehicles unless specified otherwise. SIC (Seat-in-Coach) services operate on fixed routes and schedules with English-speaking guides.
6. Passenger Responsibilities:
● Wheelchair assistance must be arranged by passengers independently.
● Flight details and a reachable contact number must be provided at least 7 days prior to arrival
for smooth airport pickups.
● We are not responsible for missed breakfasts due to flight timings or excess baggage charges.

7. Exclusions:
The package price excludes personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, minibar, alcoholic beverages, tips, porterage, and camera/video fees.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
● No refunds will be provided for unused services such as transportation, meals, accommodations, sightseeing, early check-outs, or optional tours.
● Hotel cancellations are subject to individual hotel policies. Non-refundable bookings cannot be amended or refunded.
● Transfers and activities are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of travel.
● Entrance tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
● A 5% service charge applies to all cancellations or amendments.
● Medical-related early check-outs may be considered for partial refunds, subject to hotel policy.
9. Check-in / Check-out Policy:
Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per individual hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
10. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure:
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, overbookings, strikes, or flight cancellations. No refunds will be provided in such situations.
11. Flight Delays & Cancellations:
In case of flight cancellations or delays, we are not responsible for arranging alternate flights at the same cost. Any additional expenses incurred must be borne by the traveller.
12. Mandatory Gala Dinners:
Hotels may impose additional charges for gala dinners on certain dates (e.g., 24 Dec, 31 Dec, 14 Feb). Guests must pay these charges directly to the hotel.
13. Travel Regulations:
Travelers are solely responsible for verifying country-specific travel and entry requirements. These regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
